PDFs

PDF files can be embedded into the document if the tag name includes a path to a PDF file. Unlike other asset types, PDFs cannot be natively embedded into a Word document. To get around this, each page of the PDF is converted to an image before being inserted into the document. Refer to Multi-part Assets for instructions on how to include PDFs in the document template.

Note that, because the pages of the PDF file are images, they will respect the Image size settings defined in the config.
